Camilla got to open her presents early so Madeline could see them before school. Grandma Yearsley pulled through with another beautiful dress--where does she find these? It's perfect!
Not sure where she got the idea, but Camilla's birthday wish was a pogo stick. Ta-da! I am like the good fairy godmother, aren't I? It was a frigid day, but she bundled up (in her new birthday coat) and tried it out. She's beginning to get the hang of it already.
It looks really fun. Kind of wish I wasn't over the weight limit so I could try it, too.
Her other birthday wish was "stamps from Grandma Kathy." Grandma is like a fairy godmother, too. By the way, Camilla doesn't have a black eye, just a stamped eye.
Camilla wanted a white cake with blueberries and whipped cream on top. Blueberry shortcake, if you will. And ice cream of course (rocky road and chocolate chip cookie dough). Here she is with the fairy godmother herself and the well used magic wand.
