We found out today we are expecting baby girl number five. That's right. Cinco chicas. We ARE excited. Some people thought we might be disappointed, but when girls come as cute as ours do, who could be sad?! I honestly don't know how I would have felt if it had been a boy--it would have taken some time to get used to the thought. A girl I can totally handle. However, since we have 9 o' clock church this year I think Kevin might need to learn how to do hair. I don't know if I have time for 5 hair-do's (six including mine) before 9 am. Oh well. At least Kevin combs his own hair. Here is our baby waving to her older sisters.
She knew how to get Daddy wrapped around her finger early. Here she is signing "Daddy." He's in love already!
Here she is looking like a sweet monkeyish creature. I have always preferred profile shot in ultrasounds! We are excited for her arrival. Her projected due date is June 13. Later than what the doctor thought (June 5), but earlier than what I thought (June 19). Since 3 of our last 4 have been overdue, we won't be surprised if she is too. We like our babies well cooked!
We have a tradition of going to dinner at Pizza Hut after our ultrasounds. We had two Pizza Hut gift cards today, so our dinner came out free. This baby is off to a great start. Let's hope she is always so cheap!
By the way, we feel we have pretty well exhausted our favorite girl names, so if anyone has any suggestions we are open to them. . . .
