We made this super cute frosty at preschool this week. Three water balloons filled and frozen, and felt shapes to decorate him. It was a huge hit! They loved decorating him, but even more than that, they loved licking him!
After just a few licks, I did cut off the communal licking and smashed frosty so everyone could have their own piece. The balloon had not frozen completely solid, so the ice ball was hollow and broke into fun ice bowl shapes.
