China Dolls!

What do you get when your Grandma makes regular trips to China? You get to be China dolls, of course! Grandma Kathy was very kind and picked out all these beautiful dresses. It was not an easy task--look at all the sizes she had to find and guess on: two 7 almost 8 year olds, a 6 year old, a 5 almost 6 year old, a 3 almost 4 year old, a 2 year old, a 2 month old, and a 5 month old boy. Whew!

I have to say Baby Ben's was one of my favorite outfits. The little hat with a jewel (you can sort of see it) was just too cute for words. He looks very manly.

We wore our dresses last week to Aunt Sarah's ward, then this week to our ward. Five girls in matching red silk dresses are quite a sight to behold. Ever the one to stand out, Anna decided to have a blow out while I was teaching Sunday School, so Kevin had to take her home to change. She returned in an orange Hawaiian frock. Still very cute.
Thanks Grandma! You're the best.

  3. So, so cute. I have to say that I'm a little (a lot) miffed (spitting mad) that you didn't come visit us while you were so close at Sarah's.....
