Here are some photos of our costumes!

Eliza the ladybug. . .
Mommy and Mari the ladybugs!
I had two ladybug costumes of my own, then we inherited four more from Granatas, I made Mari a make-shift one, and we had a perfect theme for our girly family!
I wish we'd had a "manbug" or some other bug sort of costume for Kevin, but we didn't and I didn't take time to make one, so he was a baseball player. Handsome, too.
This adorable little Grandma was hands down my favorite costume at the party. She was absolutely adorable!!!
Everyone changed costumes for the real Halloween night. I was heartbroken as Madeline's good friend called and asked Madeline to come trick-or-treating with them. She shouldn't be old enough to do that yet, should she? She shouldn't be so excited to go trick-or-treating with someone other than her mother, should she? She shouldn't be allowed to keep and eat all 10 lbs of candy she came home with should she? Kevin and I decided we might have to break down and trick-or-treat to more than just our lane or our kids will always want to go with other friends!
Madeline had already left by the time I got around to taking a picture of everyone, so she's not in this photo.
I had to add this last one of Eliza and her cute bow headband. She designed and made it herself just an hour or so before trick or treating. So cute!
Loving all those ladybugs--you're a gorgeous mama bug, Linders.
ReplyDeleteHow fun that they got to change costumes so many times; and that old [little] grandma is hilarious!!
